APRIL 4 - MOVING TOWARDS CONGRUENCE PART 2

We're holding Part 2 of a free workshop Thursday night, April 4, at 7 pm Mountain Daylight Time.

There are two games in life: the outer game and the inner game. The outer game represents the drama, the play, is associated with our achievements, performance and actions. The inner game is where all the unseen activities that really count take place. This workshop will share how to leverage the power of affirmation to fine tune our innergame.

Together we will explore: 1) What is an affirmation? 2) how to craft an affirmation in a way that powers up our actions and inspires our intentions; 3) the window of time to write an affirmation that will seed in the soil of our subconscious mind.

APRIL 18 - MOVING TOWARDS CONGRUENCE PART 1

We often embark on a new venture, like starting a business, a creative project or simply implementing a healthy lifestyle or a spiritual practice. At first we are inspired and feel energized. We venture out of our comfort zone to realize our dreams or goals, only to unconsciously revert back to our old patterns that hold us back and keep us the same. Worse we reinforce feelings of guilt, shame and self-doubt when we fail to follow through and become a "Doer."

In this workshop you will learn a proven practice that taps into the resources of your subconscious mind to help you expand your bandwidth in ways that:

* Move you out of your comfort zone
* Generate new patterns that sustain your motivation and willpower
* Overcome your drive to stay the same
* Establish congruence, and a clear line of communication between your conscious and subconscious mind

It is an easy-to-follow steps requiring only a few minutes every day to experience Compounding Small Changes that snowball into big changes.
