Comment by Prabhu A.L. on Monday: I punch bare knuckles iron poles, concrete walls, trees, granite not only to condition my knuckles, fists, but also to shock my energy structure. It's my experience that increasingly rigorous exercise not only enhances immunity, but is also a great mood elevator (endorphin release). Thank You.
